Our Day

Our days vary with the rhythm of the seasons and weather conditions.  In September through December we typically spend all day outdoors. In January we typically spend time outside in the morning, go inside for a hot lunch, and spend more time outside in the afternoon. In February - May, we spend all day outside again. 

During these weather conditions, we do not meet outside: 

• Hail
• Thunder and lightning
• The temperature, including wind chill is 0 degrees F or below

Below is the general flow our our day. Children find comfort knowing what comes next, but the exact time frames are based on the energy, interests, and needs of the children.
