Enrollment Process

At Hugging Tree, we want to make sure our program is the right fit for your child and family. To help with this, we have a multi-step enrollment process.

The Enrollment Process for 2026-27 will begin on February 1, 2026. We have four Sneak Peek Sessions scheduled this fall for anyone interested in Hugging Tree. You can find more information about the Sneak Peek Sessions here.

*IMPORTANT: All children must be 3 years old by September 15, 2026 AND fully self-sufficient in the restroom to be considered for enrollment.

Step 1: Inquiry Form

Fill out Inquiry Form to let us know your are interested. The link for the Inquiry Form will appear here on February 1, 2026.

Step 2: Hugging Tree Operations and Expectations

After the Inquiry Form is completed, you will receive the Hugging Tree Operations and Expectations document to read and sign.

Step 3: Schedule a Tour

Once the Hugging Tree Operations and Expectations document is read and signed, you will receive an invitation to schedule a tour of Hugging Tree. Designated tour days will begin in February 2026.

Step 4: Tour

The tour will include parent(s)/guardians, the child, and Miss Melissa.

Step 5: Decision

You will receive an email containing the enrollment decision.

Step 5: Registration Form and Fee

If your child is invited to enroll at Hugging Tree, the Registration Form and $50 Registration Fee must be completed to secure a spot.
