Enrollment Process

2026-27 Enrollment is Now Open!

At Hugging Tree, we want to make sure our program is the right fit for your child and family. To help with this, we have a multi-step enrollment process.

*IMPORTANT: All children must be 3 years old by September 15, 2026 AND fully self-sufficient in the restroom to be considered for enrollment.

Step 1: Inquiry Form

Fill out Inquiry Form to let us know your are interested. The link for the Inquiry Form will appear here on February 1, 2026.

Step 2: Hugging Tree Operations and Expectations

After the Inquiry Form is completed, you will receive the Hugging Tree Operations and Expectations document to read and sign.

Step 3: Registration Form

After the Hugging Tree Operations and Expectations document is signed and submitted, you will receive a Registration Form.

Step 4: Schedule a Tour

Once the Registration Form is submitted, you will receive an invitation to schedule a tour of Hugging Tree. A tour is mandatory in order for your child to considered for enrollment.

Step 5: Tour

The tour will include parent(s)/guardian(s), the child, and Miss Melissa.

Step 6: Decision

You will receive an email containing the enrollment decision.

Enrollment decisions will be emailed the first of each month starting in March.

Step 7: Fee

If your child is invited to enroll at Hugging Tree, a link to pay the $50 Registration Fee will be emailed to you. Your child's spot is confirmed after the Registration Fee is received.
