Enrollment Process

2026-27 enrollment is currently closed.

2027-28 enrollment will open on February 1, 2027.

At Hugging Tree, we want to make sure our program is the right fit for your child and family. To help with this, we have a multi-step enrollment process.

*IMPORTANT: All children must be 3 years old by September 15, 2027 AND fully self-sufficient in the restroom to be considered for enrollment. 

Fill out Inquiry Form to let us know your are interested. The link for the Inquiry Form will appear here on February 1, 2027. 

After the Inquiry Form is completed, you will receive the Hugging Tree Operations and Expectations document to read and sign. 

After the Hugging Tree Operations and Expectations document is signed and submitted, you will receive a Registration Form. 

Once the Registration Form is submitted, you will receive an invitation to schedule a tour of Hugging Tree. A tour is mandatory in order for your child to considered for enrollment. 

The tour will include parent(s)/guardian(s), the child, and Miss Melissa. 

You will receive an email containing the enrollment decision. 

Enrollment decisions will be emailed the first of each month starting in March.  

If your child is invited to enroll at Hugging Tree, a link to pay the $50 Registration Fee will be emailed to you. Your child's spot is confirmed after the Registration Fee is received.
